Hi all,
Hope someone can help. Im currently with Virgin Media for broadband, via their cable network. 2-3 years ago (think it was during the lockdowns) City Fibre dug up the estate putting their cables down. But whenever I check on their website my availability it says Im on a private road and need to register interest. Done that, and nothing. I spoke to them, and they said everything looked fine to them, and I should contact the provider, which is Vodafone. But Vodafones website just says I cant get broadband, or it says there is an error. Ive tried contacting customer service, but that becomes painful.
Anyone else had the same? Am I not doing something properly??

You can contact them via phone on 0333 304 0191 📞 The lines are open Monday - Friday 8am-10pm or Saturday & Sunday 8am-8pm.
