I've recently switched to Vodafone broadband. While some of my devices have connected ok, I have several (including a Samsung phone, Amazon Kindle, Yoto player and smart printer) that don't even see that the WiFi exists. Vodafone has said this is coincidentally an issue with all these devices rather than it being a Vodafone issue. Has anyone else experienced this issue?

I can't speak for your other devices as I haven't used them but as for your Samsung phone this should pick up the Wi-Fi from your router as it seeks out connection.
What model of Samsung phone are you using along with it's software version @FranNSteve
Some information from Samsung here samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-connect-to-wi-fi
Current Phone >
Samsung Galaxy s²³ Ultra 512gb Phantom Black.

Hi
Simplest thing I can suggest is use the WPS button and power on/activate the devices.
It may be a weak or poor wi-fi signal, it may also be that the devices need the new details inputting.

Hi. I'm not sure this is the answer you are looking for but I have exactly the same issues with my VF router. If I try to use wifi, I get many of my further away devices not able to connect. Some are not found at all and others are dropping off and reconnecting frequently. This seems to be across many different devices such as Amazon Echo, IP Cameras and Wifi power plugs.
I tried moving the router location to cover any interference and it is the same. This moving the location and height of the router is good advice though, it helped me in the past with other routers so give that a try.
I had to plug my old router in and use as an Access Point (disable wifi on VF Router). This old router can connect to all wifi devices reliably with no connection or dropping issues when in the same location.
