My router event log is full of RED errors.
Speed is very poor, and I've sifted from Superfast 1 to Superfast 2 and it is slower !!!! but cheaper
I have drops out continuously on the network, when in zoom, simple web surfing, my SKY Q BOX /MINI and even my separate SONOS network (which was always rock solid) now also suffers from drops outs throughout the day.
Would your credit it you cant even add a syslog.log (TEXT) file as it is not supported !!!!! pitiful.
(And I thought BT was bad, I might just return)

so finally got to the socal escalations form, filled it all in
Then when I submit the form, guess what ..... it fails ... hopeless
and not happy, The clock is ticking on these 14 days before I will kick Vodafone into touch ...
(BTW we have no mobile coverage at home, but the form will only accept a mobile number and not a landline number - joke, so nobody will call)

still tons of errors and I don't know what they mean
Slow speed for Superfast 2 w.r.t. what it said on the tin.
Continuous drop outs with new THG3000 router verses the old HHG2500 router
Just better off going back to the old one, spped may even increase !
