Hi. I’m currently with Vodafone for broadband via FTTC. Our street has been updated to FTTP and all providers show FTTP availability except for Vodafone. The availability changes per neighbour. Some as low as 20.7mbps and highest available is 50mbps…two of us are on Vodafone with speeds up of 60mbps so the checker is obviously wrong.
can we get FTTP organised via Vodafone if the online checker is showing incorrect information? If not then we will be looking to move provider which isn’t ideal.
thanks for any advice

I'm a bit confused, if the checker shows those speed it has to be over FTTC not FTTP. What checker is that?
Unfortunately the Vodaphone database often seems to be slow to get updated.
I can only suggest calling them, but if "the computer says no" you may need to go elsewhere.

thabks for rely, Fttp is available at our address but Vodafone checker shows max 50mbps only. Openreach checker shows 900 and availability via all providers.
Good to know that Vodafone takes time to update. Looks like May have to change provider. This day and age you’d expect updates like this to take a matter of hours not weeks. Thanks again

@RojW76 Also there's always the chance that VF haven't any free capacity to enable them to have any more customers on FTTP on that area. It rather depends on how much wholesale capacity they contracted for.

Thanks for the info. Didn’t want to move to another provider but may have to in this case. Thanks again
