Flat too high to get CityFibre?

Tried getting 500mb fibre from Vodafone, City Fibre guy arrives last minute on the time slot and says he cannot do the job cuz the flat is too high and it’s not safe to climb? https://omegle.onl/  It’s only the 3rd floor. Anybody had this before? I’ll have to stick to Sky now cuz he said it can take months to get the job done internally.

It's a sad fact of modern life. If they don't have a ticket saying they're competent to work on ladders at height then they're not insured for such work.

Sometimes I wish we could just wind the clock back 40 years.

The struggle with getting wayleave and cost of the work means it's just not profitable to do Internal works.
