Hi,
i have several colleagues having the same issue:
windows 10 & 11 machines, FortiClient 7.0.,8 can connect to our endpoint without issues and ping / rdp to various endpoints..
when they try to access windows file shares, the progress bar moves across, and eventually times-out.
we have checked they have access to the file shares by rdp to a machine on our network, and accessing the files from there.
any ideas - looks like some sort of content filtering / port blocking

@domain_admins It's unlikely (though obviously not impossible) that Vodafone is doing anything. Have you tried the Fortinet forum?
Have a look in the Vodafone router logs for anything odd.
