Recently got the Full Fibre 150 White power hub installed with Open reach but it's connected without Internet. It worked for 10 mins after the engineers left and began going red. The white open reach power box is Power Green, LOS (Loss of Service) Red. Support is useless. Thinking of switching as Vodafone is nothing but years of disappointments, may Vodafone and their "service" burn to the ground.

@User1010 If the ONT is showing red then it's Open Reach at fault, so it's not worth blaming VF. Have you tried restarting the ONT? Have you contacted the VF help desk?
