Hopeless shambles

So no router , no tracking information - its been left the depot 3 days now. And DPD are just as hopeless 

No response to any phone calls , or twitter. 

You'd  think a mobile phone /telecommsCOo can get remote working up and running quickly , wouldnt you 

And i tried to contact them to warn that there would be problems getting stuff to my remote scottish location. 

just think of the hours of my life that have gone on this
