How do I turn off the router/internet at a set time?

I want to cut off access to everything, not just the sites in my content control list

@bluecastle Look in Settings / wifi in expert mode on your router and you will find a schedule option. You can use this to turn wifi on/off at set times. Of course, this won’t affect any wired connections.
