A Christmas Ghost Story

Hello,

Are you sitting comfortably? Then I'll begin.

Our story begins on the 12th of December, when two teams of Santa's elves (Cough City Fibre (CF)) arrived to (almost) complete our full fibre installation. However, some pesky poltergeists perpetrated a dastardly deed, I didnt have four green light on my black box. The elves were sad but promised us four green light after they installed a magic splitter. Here our tale takes a nasty turn. 14 days later, I think the pesky poltergeists have kidnapped all the elves (cough CF) because we have searched far and wide for those elves. We have chatted to everyone, we have telephoned everyone. We have retraced our footsteps many times, but forever we run into dead end. The poltergeists are winning, and I believe that the poor elves have been spirited away. 

But will we give up? Never! I have just found a friendly looking group called the Vodafone Community. Here I shall seek for a resolution. We cant let those pesky poltergeists win!
