No internet with Linksys MR7350

Hi,

I have full fibre 500 internet with Vodafone and I am wanting to use my Linksys Mr7350 Router.

I have plugged it into the Openreach ONT on the wall and it’s recognised it’s PPPoe and I have entered the credentials and VLAN ID but the red light is coming on saying no internet on the Linksys router.

Will it work with the Linksys MR7350 or do I need a modem in between or can I use the supplied VF router?

Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this?

Depends on the service you're connected to. If you're on Cityfibre the VLANID is 911. If you're on openreach the VLAN should be disabled.

If that's all correct then you'll need to contact vodafone again and check your details.

Thank you for your response, I have a white openreach box so does that mean if I removed the VLAN from the Linksys app it will connect with the Linksys MR7350 plugged straight into the ONT?

In theory - if the PPPoE details are correct - yes.
