What process does Vodafone have in place to help older customers when there is a fault? My father 93 lives on his own has a fault on his BB, Customer services expect him to get down on the floor and take his Master Socket apart, he is not able to do this ( he might get down but would not be able to get back up ).
Hi @bendyone, does your father have any support or visitors at home that will be able to set this up for him? Due to the current situation and our processes, we wouldn't be able to arrange for any Engineer visits or a fix until the line has been connected through the test socket.
