My PS5 is unable to access the Wi-Fi from the router, it connects to the router but then I get a message saying “Can't connect to the Internet your Internet service provider or your router might be preventing your PS5 from connecting to the Internet” I have rebooted the router, changed settings in my PS5, none of these have worked. All my other devices access the internet just fine, it’s only my PS5 that is having issues. Ethernet doesn’t work either. If anyone knows what I can do to fix this I would really appreciate the help.
