Hi My new broadband contract will start on 10th July but phone no mentioned below in email is wrong.

When you arranged to have Vodafone Broadband, you would have been given the option of adding your present number, if the box was left blank, you would have been given a new number. Number transfer is also subject to availability.
The contact information for the Broadband Team is on this link , I would suggest live chat for quickness, they will be able to access your order and find the reason for the number change.
