When we first switched to Vodafone everything was great but every so often my ps5 and ps4 just cant connect to the internet through the router. The 2 consoles can connect to the internet if I hotspot them using the WiFi through my phone and if I reset the router twice it then can connect to the internet. But I do not understand why this is happening. The only thing that we have changed was the names of the consoles in the routers settings because they where just a bunch of letters.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Your firmware may have updated. Vodafone are pushing a firmware update that's supposed to resolve some issues with playstations. What firmware are you on? (it's toward the bottom of the router's status page)

What firmware should we be on is it 19.4.0551

I'm not currently using the vodafone router. Can you get the full string as the compile date is included in it? Previous firmware was dated November 2021.

I couldn't tell you, I don't use the vodafone router.
*edit*
Just checked on the other active thread. The latest version with the PlayStation fix is 19.4.0551-3269046

Likely it just "fixed itself" when your router received the updated firmware. If that's the case then it didn't really fix itself, vodafone did it.
