Super Wifi Booster connect to third-party (Linksys) router

I have the Vodafone Super Wifi 6 Booster and a Linksys Router. I can't use the Vodafone Broadband app to configure the booster because I'm not using a Vodafone router. 

I've connected the VF Booster to the Linksys router with an ethernet cable and the light is a steady purple. However, the VF Booster does not show up in the list of available Wifi networks.

Is there a way to make it visible to connect to? Am I missing a step?
