Vodafone Essentials 1

My Vodafone essentials 1 contract is due for renewal and subsequently my next bill amount is incorrect. 

Does anyone know the contact number to renew my essentials contract?

I tried calling 0333 304 0191 and spoke to an Asian man who didn’t seem to know what I was talking about. 

Any help appreciated.

If you're a Broadband Essentials customer, you should've been sent an email with your options prior to the the 12 months being up.

The Broadband Essentials packages are handled by a ring-fenced team. Therefore, I'd suggest registering your interest again, so that someone from the team will get in contact to get this sorted for you.

Thank you but I’ve still had no success.  I’ve tried registering again but there is a problem with the web page as each time I submit the form it hangs and returns an error.

Can you please try clearing your browsers cache and cookies, or a different browser entirely and attempt to resubmit the form?
