Hi
So I have had Gigafast now for around 2 months, the 900mb package.
Generally its great and I am loving the crazy Speeds :).
But every day 2 or 3 times a day I am getting a sudden drop out in my connection. Most noticeable when playing a game online or watching a streaming video service. It sometimes recoverers and sometimes throws me out of what I am doing. It keeps the main connection up however and the router makes no obvious indications of an error / line drop. If anything could be done investigate it that would be great.
Also as mentioned in my title my speeds can sometimes be drastically lower than the average 900mb download advertised. I have attached a CSV with several speed tests I have done over the last 2 months. The upload is average at 900mb and fine, the download averages out to 600mb, with drops as low as 150mb. That's no where near the 900mb average advertised so I again wonder if that could be looked at? Happy to give details of property etc if someone can check.
