I have had this issue now for a few days. I have made sure that Mac Filter is switched off and also deleted and re-installed the app but all to no avail. I then found https://forum.vodafone.co.uk/t5/Other-broadband-queries/Connected-Devices-stopped-showing-in-Broadba... which seems to indicate there is a bug which needs fixing. Please let me know the status of this bug and get the app working again. Without this function the app is pretty useless to me as most of my devices are lan connected as far as the router is concerned.

I'm afraid you will get no updates on the status of the app(s) on here, until possibly someone posts to say it starts working for them.
However it depends on what router you have, and the device you are running the app on.
It works fine for me with the THG3000 router and the Android app.(ver 4.6.7)

I have both the THG3000 and ver 4.6.7 on Android (v12) and it still fails. I am loathed to do a full reset on the router which some have suggested fixes it as everything else works fine including my digital voice. I guess I need to complain to Vodafone directly.

I've got an issue as well that I have been experiencing with the Vodafone Broadband app on my Android devices. The app consistently fails to function properly, and I repeatedly encounter the error message: "We cannot retrieve devices info at the moment."
This issue has been persistent, making it challenging to manage my broadband settings and monitor connected devices. I have tried restarting the app and my device, as well as reinstalling the app, but the problem remains unresolved. I also sent an email to @Customer.care2@vodafone.com and sent a letter to Vodafone UK Ltd. but no response from them.
The App works fine on iPhones but I guess it just hates Android.
Here are the device details: Galaxy S23 Ultra with Android 14, and Galaxy S10+ with Android 12, but the app doesn't work on both of them.
Any advice would be highly appreciated!
Thanks!
