I changed to a Pro II full fibre package and generally been happy until recently when connections have dropped on a number of occasions. I have a Connect Module but it does not appear to work!

I tried calling on one occasion and the best I could do was to confirm that the sim was operational as I tested it on my mobile.  The device though has no connection light and and has never kicked in to continue the service when the broadband fails.

Any advice?  I am inclined to give it all up as I need a reliable service and it's hard to find the means to replace this device or get answers to the unreliable connection.
