Vodafone gave me a static ip

Been having crazy packet loss on ps5 for a few weeks now so decided enough is enough..

spoke to tech via chat and they setup a static ip.. Asurring me this will fix the issue..

received the text confirming the IP address..

do I need to do anything in the ps5 ?.

dmz n upnp already on ..

Good news:

No you don't have to do anything, it will be setup at their end.

Bad news:

I can't see how it will possibly make any difference to your packet loss. Let's hope I'm wrong.
