Vpn being blocked

Hi

 

I use a VPN for work and I also use a Vpn to protect my privacy when browsing the Web as a few years ago was a victim to fraud since having my broadband fitted yesterday I'm unable to connect to a Vpn using the Vodafone WiFi if I use my mobile as a hot-spot the VPN will connect without any issues so my mind is telling me Vodafone don't like their customers using a Vpn

 

Anyway round this or can I contact someone regarding this issue

Unless this is a local issue, then Vodafone doesn't block VPN access.  It would be useful to know how you are making the VPN connection, such as using an app or creating a connection in the network connections on Windows.
