Waiting since 29 October for the internet to work

Fiber became available on the area, so I chose vodafone for a 900Mb fiber plan, they guy came, installed everything, and no Internet. 

Currently receiving weekly calls that I can barely understand ( probably an call center outside of the country), and no real update. Did ask to speak to the operator surpervisor ( after 2 months of waiting), got told that he was not available, asked to speak to the guy above, got the same reply. When I get back from holidays will be canceling the contract, and moving to a business that can deliver.

It quite impressive that you have the patience to wait 2 months before posting here looking for help.

Are all of the lights on the ONT box lit?

I assumed i was opening a contract with a professional business. But it apears that Vodafone it's not. No, one of the lights is blinking since the box has been installed.  By the end of the week I will be back and will be cancelling my contract with Vodafone.

@IceCooLPT  Then it's OpenReach or CityFibre who are at fault if the ONT isn't working. You did call 08080 034515 or 03333 040191?
