Hello. we use the Gigacube for our broadband at work - approx 12 users.  Staff seem to be using the broadband for streaming - radio player, sky go, YouTube etc.  Is there a way these can be blocked by Vodafone? without being say Website specific?

Hi @gigacube 🙂

Yes, you can block individual websites on your wireless network - first you'll have to log into your GigaCube to change the settings. To do this please follow the below steps:

  1. Ensure your device is connected to the GigaCube WiFi
  2. Open a web browser on your device
  3. Type in 192.168.8.1 (4G GigaCube) or 192.168.1.1 (5G GigaCube)
  4. Enter your password – this is on the bottom of your GigaCube

Then to block individual websites, go to:

  1. Go to Settings > Security > Parental controls
  2. Click Web Filter
  3. Choose the Blacklist option and then click Add
  4. Type in the website you want to block - you don't need to include http or https
  5. Choose On from the dropdown, then Apply

You can see more information on how to change your Gigacube setting on our help page - please let me know if you have any further questions 🙂
