Vodaphone Huawei gigacube

We have a 4g gigacube at our sports club. The treasurer cancelled the contract at the end of the introductory deal and told noone. Can I buy any sim on any network or can I only use a vodaphone sim?

I am in a similar position after our treasurer allowed the contract to finish at the end of the deal period. I purchased a data only sim from Smarty on the 3 network and I am having problems. I think the cube is locked to Vodaphone but threads that I have read imply that they wont unlock it. If this is the case, we are tied in to Voda !

The Gigacube is not locked to Vodafone @Cal1966  it a Vodafone product and will only work with a Vodafone SIM.  As far as using a data SIM in the device, you would need to speak to Vodafone to make sure the Gigacube would function correctly.
