I recently got superfast 2 internet which has 67 mbps speed but i have never even got 30 mbps speed. Most of the times it don't even match minimum gauranteed speed of 27 mbps. Both ethernet and wifi goves maximum speed of 25 mbps. Have tried to chat with agents but it is of no use. They initially told that for first 10 days speed will fluctuate. But now still after 13 days speed is very less.

This newest contract is the most expensive

One of your (many) previous posts said you were with SSE but were unhappy with the router supplied.

So why did you come to Vodafone (on your most expensive contract yet) and not just get a better router.

As I was previously with Vodafone I liked the router and the deal they had on then with the wifi extender and the bandwidth shown was superior. Without the advertised minimum of 59 despite what my non-existent contract says the point is mute. Nothing is superior its actually inferior. Good news is the meagre bandwidth we get is received in all corners...

It does sound like you line has been incorrectly set up. (I believe they call it "banding")

Only Openreach can resolve it so Vodafone will have to put a call into them.

If you really can get nowhere with support, raise a complaint. Complaints Code of Practice | Vodafone

Well according to the info your minimum guaranteed speed is 49mb and most isp use the same info . So vodafone should be the same .so if you go to the vodafone site as a new fake customer and do a check on your address whats is vodafone saying your minimum speed is

I DID this for EVERY address in my block, 10 houses, minimum speed is 58-9. OR it was. I've just done the check and I can't even get the speed I already do? In fact my line is the ONLY 1 that can't get Superfast 2??? Its not even an option on the vodafone site, someone's been messing with the settings for my line. I've tried the addresses along the street too, everyone can get superfast2 except me???

How long is left on your contract

How long is left on your contract

I only just rejoined so the full whack from the beginning of August when it went live despite my apparent contract starting 12th JUly

NO the online stuff stated what I expected, I now have online chat telling me my contract, which I've never seen or been sent nor can I access after clicking on the links given, states my minimum is 33.2Mbps despite Openreach and my OLD supplier saying its 59. VODAFONE's own sales page says minimum is 59 too but my contract which no one can see apparently says is 33???? Up until last year Vodafone was the best broadband supplier I've had and I've been on the internet since DEMON in the 90's. NOw, they're the worst invisible caps the customer service teams can't see, so call XPert teams that quote unavailable terms and conditions??? Esxperts....lol its Joe Blogs with no IT experience in a call centre... When you tell them you used to be an IT Network Administrator the contract you CAN'T see gets quoted...
