I have had no Internet all morning, rang Vodafone 5 times this morning and no one actually actions anything and still have no Internet.
I never get the guaranteed speed from when i had it installed a couple weeks ago and keep getting told it will get fixed!
Don't ever go with Vodafone make they make it soo difficult in get in touch with anyone and then when you do it's not anyone of any use.

I don't think anyone here will disagree with that, however it's is possible to get things resolved, it just takes a lot of effort on your side.
Live chat (link above), or call 08080 034 515 would be the first step.
Also if you give us more information (type of connection, what the leds on the router are doing) we can make suggestions. Also once it's back, if you still have low speeds we can advise on that. (is it wi-fi or hard wired etc)

It is now working after alot of effort. But it shouldn't be a lot of effort on my side it is meant to be 455mbs guaranteed and I don't get that. I dont get that WiFi or hardwired so open to suggestions as I am sick of Vodafone customer service or lack of

If you're speed testing over WiFi then the WiFi becomes a bottleneck. For true speed testing turn the WiFi off and unplug every lan cable bar the pc you test from.
If you're using Ookla then the default server offered to you will be the closest one to your gateway. Other speed tests often use Geolocation which can run tests to servers the other end of the country.
There are many things that can affect results. For now can you ping bbc.com and paste the results here?

So, you are obviously on FTTP. Is that Openreach or CityFibre?
What service did you sign up to? What speeds do you get on a wired speedtest direct to the router. (paste the result if you can)
The more information you can give, the more likely we will have useful suggestions.
