Hi

Now I am 'WIRED' and have have a working voip landline I wanted to say thank you, as I have been chasing for almost a fortnight.

WEIRD in that they wont accept my call, they just say go online and hang up.

 

These forums hand out brickbats to VF and just wanted to hand out the tiniest bouquet to them.

Yes I do think that is weird.

Giving out bouquets for taking 2 weeks to get VoIP working. definately weird.

Hi

Actually it was more like 2 days.

The thanks are for the people who persevered.

 

I attached a setup I created when I switched from Virgin Media to Open Reach which worked.

I then waited for VF to catch up  😉

NB: Radio 4 recently, some people waited 9 months for a fix from their ISP or Open Reach.
