I rang vodaphone a few weeks ago and received very good service. I have tried to find the same number on the web-site with zero luck. Why is this?
I could send a very long e-mail that may go to the wrong department and would take a lot of time so how to I get to speak to someone about my request regarding my land-line for which there seems to be no information on the web-site?

The live chat link didn't work but I sorted it in the end by finding my account number in an old e-mail and finally getting the robot to refer me to a tech person! Thanks for replying.
