Hi,
So I am joining Vodafone Broadband full fibre and of course the phone service is Voip and the telephone has to be plugged in to the router.
The telephones do not fit and Vodafone should include an adapter to new users. Instead I found a DSL microfilter which is pretty useless when the connection is a full fibre one.
Can Vodafone send one out or someone recommend the name and I could look on Amazon or a local electronics store for one.
Thanks!

Some people seem to get the adapter, and others don't, No idea why.
If you contact Vodafone on live chat, they should send you one. https://www.vodafone.co.uk/bbservcd/
If not you could get one from Amazon, such as this:

Thanks,
Vodafone should include them automatically if the customer has selected a calling plan otherwise let the customer purchase one if they have no calling plan as this indicates they don't plan on using it!

Not really, they may just want to be able to receive calls. All Vodafone plans come with voice service, so they should be included with every new account. (even new FTTC connections now use digital voice (VoIP))
Let us know if you get one from Vodafone.
