Landline invalid on several networks but works on O2

installed a few days ago and appears that very few people are able to get through on the landline - most of them get an invalid number message - which we ported when we switched form Virgin.

 

can’t see why this would be. Would appreciate some ideas and suggestions

The port doesn't seem to have gone through correctly, you will need to contact Vodafone.
