We’ve no dial tone on the landline and can’t make calls but can receive them. It was all working well a couple of months ago. What do I need to do to fix this?

Assuming the phone is connected to the router, and not a BT phone socket, a factory reset of the router will probably clear it. (maybe even just powering it off/on will work)
If that doesn't work you will need to contact Vodafone.

Thank you! I’d panicked and posted my question then had time to think and rebooted the router which did the trick. Thank you for taking the time to reply. ☺️
