We seem to have a common problem - VOIP line not working.
Cannot recieve incoming calls.
Cannot dial out.
Dial tone pulses - suggests 1571 message, but dialing 1571 doesn't work.
Chat Bot incapbale of assisting / providing any insight - appears to be written for mobile issues rather than Landlines.
Broadband tests ok using Vodafones own test.
Oh for the days of Strowger exchanges... at least you could see where the fault was.
I await guidance / a contact number - a human to speak with about this..

Since posting this I've found a similar post from another frustrated customer... They suggested a reboot of router.
Please to say this solved the problem. Pity no info about this on Vodafone www pages anywhere.
But usefukl insight gained - and one to note for the future.
As I said - a lot to be said for Strowger kit - you could see where the problem was...
Back to my day and rest of life.
