Hello all,
I've just started the process of moving my Broadband and Phone from Virgin Media to Vodafone.
To help with the phone number porting I haven't yet cancelled my VM services just in case things don't go to plan. And this might well be the case as I've been told my Vodafone online Chat that apparently they can't port my number from Virgin Media!
Does anyone know how the porting is meant to happen, the timeframe and what problems VF might have getting the number from VM? Will Vodafone keep me up-to-date with their progress in porting and any possible problems or do I just find out when my VF services go live?
I"m on a similar chat on the VM forum where I've been asked what issues VF might be having with the number porting and I'd like to let them know,
