I can call out from my landline but can’t receive calls. When using my mobile to call landline I can hear it ring on mobile, but on landline and when I pick up landline I have a ring tone. Any ideas?

Are you on the PSTN (i.e. phone connected to a wall socket) or VoIP (phone connected to the router) ?

Either way, there is not much we can suggest. Report it to Vodafone.
