Recently 'upgraded' to Ultra Hub - This unit DOES NOT have as 'powerful' ringing capabilities as the THG3000 units. Used BT Relate 1100 telephone with THG3000 and worked perfectly but when used with Ultra then landline incoming calls would not connect. I have used 'cheap and tatty' Eurotell phone and Ultra hub connects OK Have also had to disconnect answer machine as similar issue. Surge protector on line also causes issues. No issues at all with THG3000 router, but Ultra Hub is very picky on what is connected. Just a thought if you have issues with incoming landline calls after upgrade to Ultra Hub.
