Unable to opt out of Anytime Landline & Mobile calls plan

Hi, I've been attempting to Opt out of the Anytime calls plan for approx 12 months via MyVodafone portal, but it never seems to happen I continue to be charged £8/Month. When I click Opt Out It just says pending for a few weeks but I continue to be charged for the anytime calls plan.

I usually give up in frustration and intermittantly try again a few weeks/months later!

Can you help?

Hey @williamsmarkv01 I'm sorry to hear that you've been unable to successfully opt out of that call bundle via the app. As there is no account access on the Forum you would need to reach out to one of the support teams on either social media here, via LiveChat or by calling the dedicated Broadband team on 0333 304 0191
