guest wifi is not working on cable router

I could set up wifi for use in my all devices.

But Guest wifi is not working.

In what way is it not working?  

I ask because the router does not have a separate radio for the guest WiFi.  The guest wifi just enables users to connect to the radios using different details.  So it's kinda hard to figure how the "guest wifi" would not be working if the main WiFi is.

Everything is working normal; setting up the main wifi and guest wifi. These could also be seen in the wifi lists.

But when logging in the respective wifi, only main wifi works. When password for guest wifi type in, it does not recognize it.
