We’ve had confirmation from EE the issues impacting calls for some of our customers yesterday have now been resolved.
We know some customers are still trying to contact us following these issues, we're working hard to reach everyone who has a query as quickly as possible.

We were advised earlier that some customers had a network issue. Thank you for your patience whilst we investigated, we can confirm there was no issue with the Vodafone network today; however some of our customers have been impacted by an issue with the EE network.
This meant some customers were unable to connect calls to EE numbers, and the issue also affected customers who’ve previously transferred their number from EE to Vodafone. We understand this should be fixed asap.
