Age Restriction will not turn off, even though it says it is in Bars & Services

I have gone through the steps of turning off my age restriction bar, verifying my age and turning the bar off. Received notifications that it was turned off. Restarted my mobile wifi device. Only to find out it still hasn't been turned off. 

 

I can't even visit an online store to buy new kitchen knives, or see my friend's art collection. Seriously Vodafone, sort this out. I've seen multiple people on the forum with the same problem. Why doesn't the age restriction turn off when it says it has been turned off?!

We've seen this before where a person has turned off the restrictions but it's still held at Vodafone's end.

Try Live Chat  or the Vodafone Social Media Teams via Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries as they have account access.

Account access via this forum isn't available.

I'd suggest to use Twitter and link back to your thread here including your forum username so your not having to repeat yourself.
