Hi,
We have ordered a mobile broadband device: when we ordered it, we noticed that it was the wrong delivery address (previous address instead of current as we just moved) so we modified it and notified an agent to change this delivery address. The agent confirmed he did it immediately.
On the delivery date, we received a tracking email: annoyingly, the delivery address was still our previous address. So we tried to change the address on the DPD system which does not allow to change the delivery address, only the date. We contacted the vodafone helpline to have the delivery address changed again. After a painful exchange with the helpline, we clearly stated that the delivery address has to be modified for our current address XXXXXX. (all addresses on the vodafone account are the new address, there is NOWHERE written the old address).
The following day, we were notified of the delivery, still to the WRONG address. We are still trying to get hold of an agent in order to have a way to receive this delivery: we are willing to go to the depot or any pickup location (close to our new place) but we cannot even change the way of delivery and it keeps being delivered to this old address.
What should we do? Just cancel the order and get another provider? If we cant even get a proper delivery or customer service, what does that mean for the quality of the service overall??
