You need to sort this rubbish out, this issue is going back to 2017. Why on earth are you advertising amazing broadband if it can’t be used to full potential? Surely that is false advertisement.,As your sim blocks any access to playing on P2P games. And restricts with NAT 3.
This is no my protecting anyone, because if I had this issue with a normal ISP and put my router into DMZ just for my PS or Xbox guess what…ITS COMPLETELY FINE!
However due to fibre not available in my area I had to reluctantly go for mobile broadband, and well as great as it works. When it comes to gaming it is complete trash, and the NAT restriction is the issue. You’re falsely advertising great broadband to customers when 50% of it is broken, because the majority of people who sign up for it want it to game on.
Fix this issue that has been from 2017, it’s embarrassing for a company as big as this to ignore a simple request.
