GigaCube full 5G signal but only connects to 4G

As per the title, my GigaCube has full 5G signal but refuses to use it, only using 4G. Restarting it doesn’t help either.

The first thing we'd need to do is check if we offer a 5G service in your area @olegmukhanov. You can do this by popping your postcode into our Network Status Checker. You may also want to connect your Gigacube in another location and see if you're able to connect to a 5G service. If you can still only connect to a 4G service and there is a stronger 5G service available, please try following the steps in our Network checks and let us know if this helps.

Hi @Mark ,

It has full 5G coverage and the router as per above has full 5G signal. Yet refuses to connect to 5G even after I do signal checks and restart it.

It has been connecting to 5G before but recently stopped doing that.

Hi!

Please can we ask that you reach out to our team here who be more than happy to continue with some diagnostics with you.
