Contacting VodaFone

I want to speak to someone at Vodafone. I will not use Social Media for this, and the TOBi thing will not work on my PC. It's a pain to use on the phone as the conversation is likely to be fairly involved. Is there really no other alternative? Like calling a phone number or something? Really?

Hi @cpat. I've checked our Live Chat/TOBi service and I can confirm that it's operational across all platforms and devices. If you're experiencing an issue on your PC, it would be a case of standard troubleshooting steps such as trying an alternative web browser, clearing your cache/cookies and/or trying incognito/private mode.
