vodafone MU5001 no 5g network locked only

Hi, have a ZTE MU5001 bought from lazada philippines and device worked fine with Ph Sims. But most cases auto switching. Can you provide new firmware with network selection with 5g network only. I found 4G network only , no 5G selection but auto network 4g/5g/3g or 4g/5g and last 4g network only.  I cant enjoy 5g coverage because the modem choose the 4g lte strength signal but very slow up to 4 to 10mbs. Hi @modemmu5001 - I'm sorry there isn't any firmware we can provide, so that you can get 5G only on the phone. You'll need to be on a 5G plan and in a 5G area for it to connect and pick up 5G.  Cannot fixed ? there is no 5g network only . 4G network only last option. We used prepaid subscription in the Philippines and 5g modem and 5g sim as well. i hope will fix. When we move or walk a little switching to 4g lte or lte+ or 4g+  instead stable at 5g network cell tower. The modem fix the 4g mode when full signal, but has 5g signal maybe 2 -3 bars but the speed up 200 - 300mbs. but when switching always i got 4 - 10mbs only. I hope you understand my points about 5g network selection to stay in 5g network only selected. Thanks

@modemmu5001Be careful with updating the firmware. If your device is on B03 firmware stay there until the problems have been resolved. I did a quick internet search and it looks like version B06 is broken in a different way.  When I went to the ZTE UK support web page the MU5001 does not have any details, it's as if it is not a UK supported device.

Thanks po. I hope a quick resolution for us to use the benefit of 5G network selection not 4G network selection only and avoiding switching to 4g lte lte+ .

when playing a game when network change time to time always disconnecting reconnecting to new signal 4g 4+ LTE Lte+ . i hope you get what i mean to say. The selection was 4G network selection mode only don't have 5g network 5g.  Selection mode 5g/4g/3g 5g/4g and last selection 4g only. 5g needed as well.
