Dongle Unlock Code K3565

Hello, wondering is it possible to get NUC for my old K3565 dongle? There is no SIM in the dongle and I dont want to order one just to get NUC. Indeed, there is no Vodafone signal where I am so Vodafone SIM wouldnt be much use anyway. Though I might as well try other Sim in it. Have the IMEI and the unlock software posted on another old post here.
