Hi I have a contract that it’s gone to default and I am looking to arrange a payment plan I can afford to start paying off the debt. The thing is I don’t have a phone atm so I can’t contact Vodafone by phone as we are in lockdown too .I have the account number and all the other Information is there a way that I can contact Vodafone by email or online chat to speak about my debt? Which I am eager to do.
