I’ve gone to change my number as I was having domestics they’ve tried to change my number which didn’t work but the data stopped working at all I’ve gone into the store which they put note advising I get a refund ect which never was the case or the problem was never fixed I stopped paying them and they’ve put a marker on my credit file cisas found it in they favour as I have not submitted evidence which was withheld when asked for the subject access request after years they said going back and forth they’ll take the mark of but not the late payments ect which is still effecting my credit file I’ve got other contracts out and payed some but I’m still having problem with them and would like to take them court
