My vodafone dongle is not working. model : K3806-Z | eror - Device not detected.

I recently purchased vodafone company's  vodafone model: k3806-z dongle product from online. But during the installation of the dongle's software, Windows shows an error that Windows requires a digitally signed driver.

 This error also occurs when installing the last version of the official software released by your organization into my computer.

VMB Softwere says : no device. please ensure all devices are properly connected. 

My OS : WINDOWS 7 ( Ultimate )

Please help as soon as possible. Thank you.
