I recently had my new Vodafone router replaced, as for some reason it wasn’t working correctly.
So received my new one today (their new super hub thing) but now I can’t connect to their broadband app, as for some reason it’s not recognising my router.
So I’ve had to manually setup the little hubs for around the house, which took ages via WPS, but nobody seems to know why I can’t connect my app to the router.
I’ve tried different devices, it’s a brand new router so it must be something app side or account side, but their weekend phone support was totally useless.
Anyone else have this same issue and how did you resolve it?

Hi @kionbo2 , the issue with the new router and the app is that the old one was not removed fully and synced on the internal systems. If you can contact our dedicated Broadband support teams by 191 for free from a Vodafone mobile, 03333 040 191 from any other network/landline. Also, webchat here - https://vodafone.uk/2yfUgNH,
The team will be able to set your new router on the account and then walk you through the steps to add the new on the app.
